Contrasting-1 revised

There are two choices of selection houses on the website. Between two choices, I prefer to Fairfax Apartment than Campus APTS. There are some reasons that I like the former. One of the reason of all is that the former has 2 large rooms and air conditioner. Yet, the latter only has one and unfurnished. Another, the former is not allowed to keep pets. Yet, the latter is okay. Because I ‘m allergic to animal’s fur, I‘d like to choice the first one. Others, although, the rest of the former is higher than the latter. But, I think it’s worthy of living for the living quality is better.
