Here are some methods  to show you how to stay healhy. First of all, you should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.It's harmful to you eat too more meat. Second, you can do some exercise once a week, it's not only keep your figure slender but also make your mood happier. Third, do not staty up all night. According to a report ,if you stay up once time ,your heart and liver need to three days to renovate. Next time when you want to stay up, you should think twice. Last but not the least, this way is the most important to your healthy. You should always in a good mood everytime and everywhere. In conclusion, you can stay healthy if you follow these method.
