The three reasons why I like to play basketball

There are three reasons why I like to play basketball. First of all, playing basketball is a kind of sport which can cheer me up when I am upset. Because of covering with sweat is very comfortable. Second, it is a kind of manner to make a lot friend. Players who played at the park are friendly. Everyone is kind and humorous. Third, I have learned a great quantity attitude from playing basketball. As the proverb goes” Attitude is everything.” However, I think game has not lost, you have not given up. It is the best reason that I like to play the basketball very much.

Here are some methods  to show you how to stay healhy. First of all, you should eat a lot of frults and vegetables. To avoid eating some pork and oil. It's harmful to your body. Second, you can do some exercise once a week, it's not only keep your figure slender but also make your mood happier. Third, do not staty up all night. According to a report ,if you stay up once time ,your heart and liver need to three days to renovate. Next time when you want to stay up, you should think twice. Finally, this way is the most important to your healthy. You should always be a good mood. In conclusion, you can stay healthy if you follow these method.

A Miserable Day -revised1

It was a sunny day. Andy was a senior high school student. He stayed up all night long last night due to preparing for the test. The alarm was ringing, it was at 7:20. Therefore , he went to school late, because of missing the bus.Then , when he arrived the school he found that it was 8 'o clock. Hence,he was scolded by his teacher. When it was 12 o' clock ,he was running to the restaurant. To his surprise, he found his money was stolen. Therefore, he felt upset due to having nothing to eat at the noon. However, he wanted to call his mother for bringing lunch box to the school. Neverless , his cell phone ran out of eletricity. Moreover, he got a poor grade on the math test. After the school, he was confused. Why he was so unlucky today. Then , he looked at the calendar that it was Firday 13th. . No wonder he had a miserable day he had.
